These terms apply when you use Binder Tracker (“the checklist”). By using it, you agree to them. They’re written to be short and readable.
What the checklist is
The checklist is a free, unofficial, fan-made tool for tracking cards from Pokémon Trading Card Game sets. You can use it for your own personal, non-commercial collecting. Please don’t try to disrupt the site or use it for anything unlawful.
The checklist’s source code is published on GitHub under the MIT Licence. That licence covers the code only, not the Pokémon names or card images described below.
Not affiliated with Pokémon
The checklist is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., The Pokémon Company or The Pokémon Company International. Pokémon, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, and all related names, characters, logos and card images are trademarks and copyright of their respective owners.
Card images are shown only to help collectors recognise the cards. If you own rights in any content here and would like it changed or removed, please contact us through GitHub and we will act promptly.
Your collection data
Your collection is stored only in your own web browser (see the privacy & cookie policy). It can be lost if you clear your browsing data, use private browsing, switch browser or device, or if your browser removes stored data. Safari, for example, may do this for websites you haven’t visited for a while, unless the checklist is added to your Home Screen.
Please make regular backups with Export backup in the menu, which covers every set you’re collecting. We can’t recover lost collections, because we never have a copy of them.
Accuracy
The card lists are based on the official card lists, the TCGdex card database and TCGplayer’s catalogue, and we work hard to keep them accurate. We can’t guarantee they are free of errors, though. For authoritative information, see the official Pokémon TCG website.
Prices and pull odds
Card prices are TCGplayer market prices in US dollars, republished by tcgcsv.com and updated about once a day. The figures in pounds are converted at that day’s exchange rate. Collection values add these prices up. Prices change all the time, and the figures here are estimates only. They are not valuations, offers to buy or sell, or financial advice. Pull odds, where shown, are rough estimates based on packs opened by the community, not official figures.
No warranty
The checklist is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or discontinue it at any time, and we don’t guarantee it will always be available or free of bugs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the checklist, including lost collection data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links to other websites
The checklist links to other websites, such as the official Pokémon TCG site, TCGdex, GitHub, TCGplayer and eBay. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
